Journey into Egypt Tarot
This workshop is aimed at people with or without prior knowledge of Tarot or Astrology. Julie Cuccia-Watts will discuss the symbolism of her latest tarot project Journey into Egypt Tarot. Julie’s exciting MAAT tarot system takes a whack at cracking the real sky astrology dilemma. We will explore the ancient Egyptian calendar and worldview that Julie’s new deck is based on. Take a journey into the Egyptian meanings of the numbers and astrological symbolism. Have fun discovering just how much of ancient Egypt bleeds through into our modern world. We will also cover the controversy over real sky astrology and see how the Egyptians dealt with precession with fresh eyes. Discover a new astrology system for the Aquarian Age that doesn’t have to be in conflict with what you already know.
